We also count when a form is first edited and when a submission attempt fails. If DNT or GPC is not enabled, we use this tab’s session storage for up to 30 minutes to retain only a source category, first public page path and expiry timing, without a visitor identifier. When an enquiry is successfully saved, its source category, first page, submission page and device category may be attached to that enquiry for business follow-up and aggregate reporting. Query strings and full referring URLs are never stored. The source record follows the enquiry retention period; missing or older sources remain unknown.

You choose to provide contact, business and delivery information through our enquiry forms. Website statistics
Our own statistics system summarizes page views, traffic-source groups, page languages, device types, clicks on WhatsApp, sample-order and distributor links, and company-film plays. It does not set analytics cookies, store visitor identifiers in browser storage, or retain raw IP addresses, full referring URLs or URL query strings. Contact information from enquiries is not included in analytics events.
Your preferences and retention
We do not record browsing events when your browser sends Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC). Online analytics events are cleared on a 180-day retention schedule; rotating backups may retain copies for up to 30 additional days. Enquiry information is retained for as long as needed to handle the business request.
Questions and external services
Contact us to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion. We review and verify requests before acting; deletion is not necessarily immediate or unconditional. If you open WhatsApp, your use of that service is subject to its own terms and privacy practices.
